Claire + Peter :: Delevan, Wisconsin Engagement Photography

On the first day of fall, I met Claire + Peter at Lake Lawn Resort in Delevan Wisconsin for their engagement session. Claire + Peter, who are from Chicago, have been traveling to Lake Lawn with their families for years and years. Over the Fourth of July weekend, Peter proposed to Claire under a white birch tree at the resort, so it was only fitting that we started their session under that tree.  From there, we explored the resort before heading out to the countryside for an amazing sunset. What a great way to start fall… a fun couple, a gorgeous sunset that I got to photograph in….  plus on the drive home I tried my first (ever) pumpkin spice latte!
