Happy First Year Anniversary to Lauren + Zeb! On June 16th, 2018, Lauren + Zeb were married! I met these two the year before for their engagement session on Zeb’s family ranch in Alma. It is such a beautiful piece of country tucked between the hills surrounding the Mississippi River. It is the same spot where they were holding their wedding, so I knew how beautiful their surroundings would be. When I initially talked to Lauren on the phone she described a mid-summer ceremony beneath the cottonwood trees when the sun shining through them. With her vision, the land a and a lot of hard work, these two and their families planned a beautiful wedding. You had no idea from their demeanor, that the torrential rain the day before had flooded the barn and the land where the wedding would be held. And it was pretty hot out out for mid June. No matter, they went with it and it all worked out pretty perfectly 🙂
