Breanna + Brett’s wedding was one of the sweetest weddings I have ever photographed. The morning was filled with excited laughter and happy giggles and the wedding ceremony with filled with their family and their closest friends. Breanna + Brett were married on Breanna’s grandparent’s 56th anniversary at their home in the country. Not only at their home, but in the church that her grandfather built. In the small town that her grandfather recreated around the tiny church. I could have spent hours exploring each building on the property and taking photos with them. The couple also included their dog, Rosie, who had a coordinating purple dress and was a very well-behaved best dog 🙂

This wedding was the perfect wedding to come back to after having Baby Autumn. Having a new baby makes me think about the legacy that we create for our children and how that starts on our wedding day. These pictures not only tell the story of Brett + Breanna’s wedding day, but also continues the story of her grandparent’s wedding day. It is such an honor for me to tell the story of a couple’s wedding day. And to be part of their history as they start creating their family that each marriage builds.
