When you live in Wisconsin, you have to learn to embrace winter. And Amanda + Gil totally did that for their engagement session. We scheduled their session for early December. Come that Sunday morning, and it happened to be he first real snowfall of the year. We texted about cancelling, but decided to go ahead with the session since schedules get tight before Christmas. I am so glad we did! They chose to take their photos near the creek where they were engaged in August. The woods were perfectly coated in snow and Amanda + Gil are super-sweet together and planned accordingly for the weather. So, with their embrace of the snow and their cute smiles plus the beautiful location and snow, it ended being a perfect way to start winter! I’m looking forward to their wedding this summer!
